What are our Services like?

Our services our broken down into two parts: Contemporary Praise & Worship followed by a sermon given by our pastor Jeff Overstreet. Our guidance comes from what the scripture have to say but we also hope to show through our worship that the God of creation is still working in today in relevant ways. It's something that must be experienced to gather the full effect.

We hope that you'll attend one of our service Sunday at 10:45 a.m. and see for yourself!

What are Home Groups?

While we do need to gather together for corporate worship, we believe smaller groups are necessary to live out all that Christ has for us. We have two  groups studying a wide variety of topics that you don't have the opportunity to cover in the typical church setting.

What do we offer for kids?

Kid's Rock: We want kids to be Real in their Love for God, Obey all His teachings as they live out their faith, Commit every decision to Him as they seek to do His will and Know, without a doubt, real truth from God's Word so they can make wise choices. Kids Rock is available for Kindergarten through 5th grade kids. Kids begin in the worship service and are dismissed for a teach time geared toward helping them apply the main point of the morning worship service.

Nursery: We also offer a nursery for children ages birth through pre-K.

We care about the spiritual growth of kids and teens. We know that our programs will get them excited about the Bible and learning more about the Savior!

What about Teenagers?

Ignite is a place where teens can come, leave their masks at the door and be themselves. Surrounded by people who care and want to make a difference in their lives, they in turn can go out to their schools and be a light for Christ. We want teens to learn about God's love to help prepare them to defend their faith and learn how to share what they believe with others. While teaching respect for God, family, themselves and each other, IGNITE provides a shelter for teens to feel loved, accepted and significant by realizing their identity is in Christ! IGNITE's meetings take place Sundays at 5:30PM.

How can I join Newsong?

We are glad that you are considering becoming a part of our community of faith. There are two requirements for any person who wishes to become a member of Newsong Church. They must have a relationship with the Lord and they need to have qualified that through believers baptism (by immersion). If the individual is already a believer but has not been baptized, we will gladly offer them the opportunity in an upcoming service.

We also offer a monthly class called "Membership Class" where we will help you through the process and explain all that Newsong has to offer.
